Closing on May 2, the World Costume Festival 2013 has brought people from all over the world together to learn about and celebrate various cultures and traditions. In conjunction with OISTAT Executive Commission and Costume Design Group meeting, many OISTAT delegates were honored to be invited to the Festival and the Grande Parade.
