Dear Members,
The Publication and Communication commission invites all OISTAT members and commission delegates to attend the annual meeting in Cardiff, UK, on August 30, 2018, during the celebration of OISTAT’s 50th Anniversary.
The celebration takes place at Cardiff’s Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama between 29th August and 2nd September 2018. The Royal Welsh College, which was the venue for World Stage Design 2013, will be the host for the four-day series of public celebratory activities and events, including workshops and exhibitions, symposium and keynote speeches.
Enclosed please find the registration form of the PCC meeting. During the meeting, there will be an election for a new PCC Chair for the next four years and the commission will discuss future initiatives. Delegates of the OISTAT Centres, Individual Members and delegates of Associate Members attending that commission meeting will be entitled to vote. Please see here for the Candidate Slate. Guidelines for election of Chairs of commissions can be found in OISTAT Statutes-Appendix 2.
Please return your registration form to the Headquarters (headquarters@oistat.org) and current PCC Chair Carl Walling (carl.h.walling@gmail.com) before July 30th. Please also note that it is a low-budget meeting. Flight tickets, accommodation and other travel costs will be at your own expenses. Accommodation recommendations was announced on the OISTAT 50 website.
