This is to invite all parties interested in Historic Theatres to join a tour, which will start in Prague (after visiting PQ June 6th – 16th, 2019) and finish in Berlin (Fair show Stage Set Scenery June 18th – 20th, 2019).
The tour is open to everyone and will start in Prague on Friday, June 14th, 11:00 am in Prague center (meeting place to be announced) after major PQ events and OISTAT Commission meetings.

Registration:
Please send an email stating that you are interested to join the tour to: n.bader@theapro.de
We will then send you a registration form before April 15th which you are kindly asked to return by April 30th. You will be asked to make an advance payment of EUR 200,-- free of bank charges for the receiver which will guarantee your registration. After receiving a registration confirmation, you will then be asked for the rest of the payment by May 15th. This will be the deadline for registration; all payments have to be settled by this date, which will allow us to complete the final organization. The advance payment will be refundable until April 30th. In case of a cancellation after this date we are unable to provide a refund. We ask for your understanding, as without such a regulation we will not be able to organize the tour.
Additional information:
The tour will be a bus trip and includes travel costs by bus, entrance fees, accommodation and meals. It will also include a farewell dinner in Berlin on the evening of June 17th.
Costs for the whole tour will be approximately EUR 750. The final price will be fixed after the registration deadline and will depend on the type of bus required. Depending on the available seats in the bus and availability of hotel rooms in the quite small towns along the road the maximum number of participants will be limited to 50 persons. Registrations are handled on a first come, first served basis.

The tour is organized by Reinhold Daberto (former AC Chair, organizer of OISTAT North Italy Theater Tour 2012) and Natascha Bader. We do this as OISTAT AC members. We are not a travel agency.
