OISTAT and PQ has a long-term collaborative relation, and PQ 2019 is no exception.
There are several project curators and leaders are active OISTAT members as well.
- Markéta Fantová (Czech Republic), the Artistic Director of Prague Quadrennial and Curator of 36Q˚ and the Chair of OISTAT Performance Design Commission.
- Sean Crowley (UK), the leader of one of the main bridge projects PQ & WSD Internship Program and an Executive Committee member of OISTAT.
- Jan K. Rolnik (Czech Republic), the Co-curator of 36Q˚ and an Executive Committee member of OISTAT.
- Tim Foster (UK), the Jury member of PQ and the Chair of OISTAT Architecture Commission.
- Sophie Jump (UK), the Curator of the Site Specific Performance Festival and also a Jury member of WSD 2017
- Patrick Du Wors (Canada), the Curator of PQ Studio and also a Jury member of WSD 2017.
- Sofia Pantouvaki (Greece/Finland), a Jury member of PQ and the Vice-Chair of the OISTAT Costume Design Sub-Commission.
- Joe Pino (USA), the Curator of Sound Kitchen and Sound Spot and the Chair of OISTAT Sound Design Sub-commission.
- Henk van der Geest (the Netherlands) established Light Spot and was the previous Chair of OISTAT Lighting Design sub-commission.
- Simona Rybáková (Czech Republic) will lead the Emergence: Costume, LIVE! as part of “EMERGENCE. From shared experience to new creativity. Living Heritage/Reframing Memory” funded under the Creative Europe Programme of the European Union. Simona Rybáková is also the Chair of OISTAT Costume Design Sub-Commission.
- Brad Caleb Lee (US), the Program Coordinator of PQ team, volunteer of OISTAT 50th Anniversary in Cardiff and volunteer of WSD 2013.
Many more OISTAT members will be part of PQ 2019 in other forms, such as leading workshops, giving talks, and having work exhibited in PQ 2019.
