I hope you are having a nice summer. It’s been a while since we have checked in, so we’re happy to invite you to the upcoming OISTAT Sound Design Sub-commission Online Gathering. For those of you who are new or have questions about what OISTAT is, we will start with some general information about this amazing group and how you can get involved.
We will then move into some information about World Stage Design (WSD) which will be held in Sharjah, UAE on October 18-25, 2025 and a little preview of some of the sound happenings you can be a part of along with practical information about travel and the overall expo. We will discuss and promote fundraising and sponsorship options for WSD and all our sound related events. The WSD website is live and there is also an app if you would like to take a look. WSD 2025. Next we will discuss other OISTAT sound happenings, cover some general business, and have a time to ask questions and to chat.
