The OISTAT World Congress is held every four years during World Stage Design, bringing together delegates and theatre professionals from OISTAT Centres, Associate Members, and Individual Members worldwide. This global gathering serves as a vital platform for shaping the future of the organization, including the election of the new President and members of the Executive Committee.
In 2025, the OISTAT World Congress will take place in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, as part of the sixth edition of World Stage Design. The meeting will be conducted in a hybrid format, allowing both in-person and online participation.
