In 2022 we held a successful 2-day National Symposium focused on the topics of Sustainability, Audience and the Impact of Technology on Live and Broadcast Events. For reference, please see more on the link. The event was organised by a team uniting Production Park, the Postgraduate and Undergraduate Departments of Academy of Live Technology (Formerly Backstage Academy) and XPLOR.
For its second intake in 2024, the team is coming together again, aiming to realise an international edition with your collaboration. As an extension of the Symposium event, we offer hosting the OISTAT Technology Commission and Education Commission business meetings. We are looking forward to a 2-day Symposium programme and additional time for the business meetings and extra activities to be considered. We would like to encourage you to consider bringing a student from your institution, if applicable.
