World Stage Design (WSD) is the first and only designer-based exhibition to showcase and celebrate performance design from individual designers. Held every four years, WSD has traveled to five cities: Toronto, Seoul, Cardiff, Taipei, and Calgary. The sixth WSD exhibition will be held in Sharjah, UAE, from October 18-25, 2025. World Stage Design 2025 will be co-produced by Sharjah Performing Arts Academy and OISTAT.
WSD 2025 features “Tomorrow
’s Heritage,” inviting the global theatre community to create the heritage together. Entries for the World Stage Design Professional and Emerging Designer Exhibition are now open. Submission Deadline: November 14, 2024, at 17:00 GST (UTC+4).
