Taiwan is reaching out to refugee artists from Ukraine, Russia, or other areas that are affected by war in order to protect the global artistic talents. This current open call will accept submissions from now until June 30, 2022.
The application portal is now open and applications will be accepted through June 30, 2022, at 5 pm. All public and private colleges and universities, academic institutions, legal entities and private organizations established or registered in accordance with the laws of Taiwan and interested in accepting refugee artists from Ukraine, Russia, or other areas that are affected by war can also apply for this program.
