• 10:05: Austin welcomed everyone
• All approved the minutes from the previous meeting in Istanbul
• Peter introduced World Scenography – gave 30 minutes talk
- Volume One to be launched in Long Beach in March 2012
• Jerome gave a 30 minute talk about Digital Theatre Words
• Evcimen Percin, Irena Sentevska, Karen Winkelsesser and David Rodger have volunteered to be a working group for WSD in 2013
• Communication: Louis suggested that the PCC should take up Facebook for OISTAT
- All agreed that the PCC Facebook group be a closed group, that is open to people outside the PCC to join if they wish, that is meant for updates and information
• Publication and Review:
- Refuelling the books published by Jose
- Add a link on the OISTAT website to a list of books, reviews, articles and journals.
• New business: Communication list needs to be updated
