Dear Members,
I would like to invite you to the OISTAT Small Congress and commission meetings during World Stage Design 2022. OISTAT Small Congress will be held from 8:00-10:00 (Calgary Time, UTC-6) on August 13. This session consists of reports from President and HQ, OISTAT in 2023 and presentations from two candidate OISTAT Centres.
On August 14, Chair election of Publication and Communication commission will be held during 8:00-9:30 (Calgary Time, UTC-6) and Chair election of Technology commission will be held during 11:30-13:00 (Calgary Time, UTC-6). These meetings will proceed as hybrid events that online participation will be available. To attend the meetings (in-person or online), please make sure you have registered WSD 2022 pass. For online participation, be sure to register at WSD 2022 website by selecting “Virtual only” Voting delegates of OISTAT Centre and Associate Member and Individual Member voters MUST be present (in person or virtual) in order to cast the votes. The elections will be held by show of hands.
