Speaker: E. Andrew Taylor (USA)

Introduction
"When a cultural organization expands, it not only gets bigger but also needs a different set of skills."

Similar to an Agile Mangabey and a gorilla having different needs, occupying different habitats and having to face different predators, different sizes of cultural organizations have different tasks and responsibilities, need different environment, and face different challenges. When a cultural organization increase size, it should think and act differently.

In this presentation, Andrew Taylor, who specializes in business model development for cultural initiatives and reflective practice for cultural managers, talks about the history of how cultural landmarks have developed, and the evolution of the management. "With greater power comes great responsibility." How a cultural landmark survives and lasts will be fully elaborated in this presentation.
