Yi-Shan Lai graduated from the department of Foreign Language and Literature, National Chung Cheng University. She is a former stage manager of Castle Show, Shanghai Disneyland and technical coordinator of Chiayi Music Hall. Her first meet with OISTAT was in WSD 2017, where she served as the stage manager of keynote speeches and the Award Ceremony, and the technician of Scenofest productions. With the previous experiences of communicating with people from varios backgrounds around the world, Yi-Shan is mainly responsible for OISTAT membership related projects and management.
