Following up the OISTAT Inclusion Policy, published in 2018, an initiative was launched in 2023 to create a Committee dedicated to discussing in depth and address possible strategies to tackle Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Justice & Accessibility across the international spectrum.
The OISTAT Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee is dedicated to promoting respect and celebrating both our differences and similarities in live performances. Our goal is to ensure everyone in our community is valued and included, and to spread these values in live shows around the world.
We aim to create a fair and welcoming environment by understanding each other better and embracing diverse perspectives. Your opinions are very important to us.
