Dr. Hoegg is co-owner and authorized manager of company HOAC® Schweisstechnik GmbH, a German family owned production company for stage technology. She has a doctorate in chemistry and worked in the chemical industry before starting her career in the theater industry in the year 2000. Also she is a qualified welding specialist certified by IIW.
She is active member of the German standardization committee DIN and CENTC433 for event industry and is active in the ETTE project, a new education concept for stage technicians in Europe. As DTHG Member she was board member of DTHG from 2008 – 2017.
