Registration for the OISTAT Commission meetings in Berlin on 18 June 2019
On 18 June 2019 the meetings of the Publication & Communication Commission, and the Education Commission will take place as part of the international trade fair and conference Stage|Set|Scenery.
Attendance at these meetings also includes the opportunity to visit the trade fair.
Already on 17 June 2019 from 11:00 to 16:00 there will be an international symposium on World Heritage Theatre, in particular on the topics of historical theatre architecture and construction and renovation, in which you can also take part.
The DTHG will host one voting delegate from each OISTAT Centre and offer them:
- two overnight stays from 16 to 18 June 2019 (MotelOne Berlin Hauptbahnhof, Kingsize Bed; without breakfast)
- as well as admission tickets to the fair.
Associate members, Individual members or guests can participate in the meetings and register on this page.
You will also receive free tickets to the Stage|Set|Scenery and can register for the bus transfer.
Accommodation and travel costs have to be paid by yourself.
In addition, there is the possibility to use a free bus transfer for all participants traveling from Prague to the PQ.

Please note that accommodation costs are only covered for a maximum of two nights (excluding breakfast) for delegated members of a commission of an OISTAT Centre.
We are happy to make additional hotel reservations for you against advance payment while stocks last.
Per night we charge you the amount of 80,00 € at MotelOne Berlin Hauptbahnhof.
