Non-voting members cannot vote

Accommodation
First class student accommodation is available in Liberty Park in Cardiff City Centre, 15 minutes walk from OISTAT@50 venue and 5 mins walk from Cardiff railway station.
Private en-suite rooms complete with bedding, linen and towels, are available with shared kitchen facilities and provision of tea & coffee and free wifi. Rooms are available for a maximum of 8 nights between Sunday 26 August (arriving Sunday 26 August) and Sunday 2 September 2018 (leaving Monday 3 September 2018).
Price per person is £35 per night for bookings between 6 and 8 nights stay
Price per person is £40 per night for bookings between 1 and 5 nights stay
If you are travelling in a group and would like to be housed together please let us know. There are options of 4, 5, and 6 bedroom properties.
