- Persons wishing to become Individual members of OISTAT must apply to the Executive Committee by sending their application to OISTAT Headquarters (headquarters@oistat.org)
- The application should include
1. application form
2. resume (CV) of professional work
3. letter of intent to describe the motive and future plans
- The Executive Committee is empowered to grant Individual membership status.
